Enquiries and email

Our enquiry and newsletter-request forms prepare a message in your email app. You can review it before sending it to juleajewelry@gmail.com. Julea receives that message when you send it. Please share only information needed for your request. Your email provider also handles the message under its own privacy terms.

Julea uses the information you send to respond to your request and discuss your design. For questions about information you have sent us, including a request to access, correct or delete it, contact that same email address. This website does not confirm whether a prepared email was actually sent or received.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to our guides and designs, design selections, consultation links and attempts to prepare an enquiry email. Google receives clean page paths and titles, design identifiers, interaction types, referring website information and technical information such as browser, device and approximate location. Its service also records visit timing and engagement. Analytics cookies help distinguish browsers and sessions; they do not tell us who you are.

Our tracking removes page query strings and fragments. It does not send your name, email address, message, personalisation text or the subject and body of prepared emails. We do not enable advertising personalisation, Google signals or user-provided-data collection for this setup.

Google receives network information, including an IP address, when its service is contacted and may process information outside your country. Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your analytics choice

Analytics stays off until you allow it. Declining does not prevent browsing or enquiries. Change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining later stops further collection and clears this site’s Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google.

We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies to the current page only. Analytics cookies are configured to expire within 180 days. Detailed event and user data in Analytics is configured for 14 months of retention; aggregated reports can remain available longer.

Other website services

Vercel hosts this website and processes technical requests needed to deliver and protect it. Website fonts are served by Google Fonts. These requests are separate from optional Analytics. Browsing preferences may also be stored in your browser to help navigation; your analytics choice does not clear those preferences.
